Bosse Lubricants™ PRO-CUT HS522 (110 SUS/22 cSt) cutting & grinding oil is a chlorine free, transparent, amber colored, active sulfur cutting oil formulated using high quality refined base stocks.

Bosse Lubricants™ PRO-CUT HS500 Series cutting oil contains unique synergistic extreme pressure and polar additives that readily react at the chip-tool interface to form extremely effective boundary lubricating films which reduce frictional heat and prevent metal-to-metal contact of the tool and workpiece.  

Bosse Lubricants™ PRO-CUT HS500 Series contains fatty oil additives which increase lubricity and provides better surface finishes. This cutting oil possess excellent anti-wear and anti-weld properties to maximize tool life and minimize machine down-time.  Contains highly efficient anti-mist additives.

Bosse Lubricants™ PRO-CUT HS500 Series cutting oil for general machining and grinding applications. In particular, it offers excellent results when working on low carbon and middle to high alloyed steel, stainless steels, and magnesium alloys.
