Returns and Refunds
Unless written notification is received within 10 days of delivery, these goods are deemed to be of the price, quantity and type ordered and are accepted by the customer in good condition. No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Star Metal Fluids LLC (SMF). All returns are subject to a restocking charge of 20% of the purchase price by SMF. Only unopened & undamaged goods will be accepted for return. Freight costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Delivery/Shipping Policy
Star Metal Fluids may use ground or freight service provided by multiple shipping carriers within the United States. We will not ship outside the USA. Overnight shipping may be possible for some products. For orders in Arizona, Nevada and Utah, SMF may use its own delivery trucks.
