Formulated for use in severe mining and construction applications, MobilGrease™ CM-S is a high-performance, Extreme Pressure (EP) grease manufactured with a proprietary high-temperature, lithium complex thickener system.
MobilGrease™ CM-S is NLGI Grade 2, and is recommended for use in plain and anti-friction bearings in contractor and mining vehicles working under severe weather and operating conditions. The recommended application temperature range for MobilGrease™ CM-S is -4 to 293 degrees F (-20 to 145 C).
MobilGrease™ CM-S maintains superior adhesion, cohesion and lubrication, even in harsh conditions. Specific applications include heavy-duty trucks, especially hinge and bucket pins, mining and construction equipment.
MobilGrease™ CM-S is compatible with conventional seal materials and won’t corrode steel or copper-bearing alloys. An EP additive ensures superior protection against wear, while additional additives boost resistance to high-temperature oxidation and rust.
