QUALICHEM EQO-PURE 430 MICRO-EMULSION CUTTING AND GRINDING FLUID

QualiChem Eqo-Pure 430 is a petroleum oil free micro-emulsion cutting and grinding fluid formulated for moderate to severe machining of aluminum alloys as well as all grades of steel and yellow metals. The fluid is suitable for use in both central systems and individual sumps.

QUALICHEM EQO-PURE 430 is derived from natural vegetable base oils supporting environmental concerns and ensuring operator friendliness. Typical operations include boring, drilling, facing, reaming, sawing, tapping, threading, and turning. This fluid contains a new generation of additive technology to improve tool life and part quality without the problems associated with extreme pressure additives such as chlorine, sulfur, and phosphorous.
