QUALICHEM EQO-PURE 452 HEAVY DUTY VEGETABLE-BASED COOLANT

QualiChem EQO-PURE 452 is a heavy duty vegetable derived microemulsion cutting and grinding fluid with extreme pressure additives designed for the most severe machining of hardened steels and stainless steel as well as exotic alloys such as titanium, inconel, hastalloy, and waspaloy. This fluid is suitable for use in both central systems and individual sumps. Typical operations include boring, deep-hole drilling, gun drilling, reaming, roll forming, tapping, and threading. 

QualiChem EQO-PURE 452 contains a new generation of additive technology along with a chlorinated extreme pressure additive to improve tool life and part quality for the most rigorous applications. 

QualiChem EQO-PURE 452 utilizes a unique synthesized vegetable base stock proven to give excellent machining performance while maintaining hydrolytic stability. This product offers the performance of a vegetable oil without the heavy residues and emulsion instability found in competitive products.
