QualiChem Q-Shield 670 is a solvent-based, water displacing corrosion preventative specifically designed for the steel tube manufacturing market. A very thin film is left on the tube that can be painted over with most oil-based paints.
It is specifically designed to displace freestanding water, synthetic and semi-synthetic coolants typically used in the forming process, while imparting a protective film that provides up to twelve months of indoor corrosion protection. It is easily cleaned using a mild alkaline cleaner or vapor degreaser.
