QualiChem Xtreme-Cut 270 is an ultra high performance cutting and grinding fluid designed for rigorous ferrous and non-ferrous machining and grinding applications. The product contains significant levels of extreme pressure and polar additives for operations that require multidimensional lubrication needs. Extreme machining performance is achieved through the use unique sulfur additive chemistry.  Xtreme-Cut 270 will provide the performance level of heavy-duty soluble oils without unpleasant odors or high usage rates. This unique product combines new proprietary lubricant additives along with extreme pressure additives to give the best surface finishes and tool life of any water based metalworking fluid on the market.  Xtreme-Cut 270 has excellent bio-resistance resulting in long fluid life in central systems and individual sumps. It has a tight, stable emulsion that rejects tramp oil easily and also has superb product stability even in hard water. Designed for rigorous machining of ferrous alloys. Combines multiple extreme pressure additives and a combination of boundary lubricants for extremely difficult operations.
