QualiChem Xtreme-Cut 727S is a medium viscosity, chlorine-free cutting and grinding oil primarily designed for ferrous applications. Its polar and EP lubricants provide excellent cooling and superb boundary lubrication for heavy stock removal operations such as deep hole drilling and creep feed grinding.
QualiChem Xtreme-Cut 727S is also suitable for gear hobbing, shaving and grinding applications and is exceptionally well suited for use on difficult-to-machine steels and high nickel alloy applications. Not for use on aluminum or yellow metals.
