QUALICHEM XTREME CUT 757 SCREW MACHINE CUTTING OIL

QualiChem Xtreme-Cut 757 is a very high performance cutting and grinding oil designed for rigorous metal removal operations on a wide variety of difficult to machine metals such as titanium, stainless steel, hardened steel, high nickel alloys and aerospace aluminum.

Xtreme-Cut 757 contains extreme pressure lubricity additives that extend tool life and provide excellent surface finishes. 

Xtreme-Cut 757 utilizes state of the art polar lubricants that enhance performance at the point of cut while providing superior oxidation stability for long service life, fewer rejects and increased productivity. Its low viscosity is very well suited for deep hole drilling and gundrilling. It is particularly well suited for small parts manufacturing especially in Swiss style screw machines.
