This Torbul-Vortex®TSV Series 600 Gallon Per Day RO system greatly improves and extends machine coolant life. With the use of purified water machine coolant usage can be reduced by up to 35%. By removing water minerals your machine will stay cleaner, eliminating heavy residues while maintaining the integrity of all the MWF additives that go into making a machine coolant. These additives are needed to prevent rust, offer multi-metal protection, maintain an effective lubricity package, and most important, emulsion stability to prevent coolant splitting.
