VANTAGE LENIUM SUPER BOOSTER - 5GL

Vantage Lenium Super Booster was specifically developed to be used as a non-flammable stabilizer additive to maintain your existing LENIUM® ES, GS or XS vapor degreasing solvent, only. Regular acid acceptance testing using the Vantage Chemical Kit and the use of nPB Super Booster will lengthen the lifetime of your LENIUM vapor degreasing solvent.

LENIUM ES, GS and XS each contain a unique stabilizer package to protect the solvent from becoming acidic during routine use. Like all other nPB based vapor degreasing solvents, LENIUM products contain a stabilizer that may get depleted over time. Caution: It is imperative when using any nPB based product that the level of a stabilizer be monitored periodically. If the quantity of stabilizer drops below a minimum level, hydrobromic acid can be produced. As acid levels increase there is a risk that corrosion
may occur on the surfaces of the parts being cleaned and the cleaning equipment. Therefore, an important factor in managing a system that uses LENIUM ES, GS or XS is acid acceptance testing.
Acid acceptance testing results, using the Vantage Chemical Kit, indicate the amount of nPB Super Booster to be added to the solvent to keep the system operating effectively and safely.
